<h1><span style="font-size: 16px;">Wood Wall Framer </span></h1><p><strong>Framerz Inc. - Crossfield, AB</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> $22.00-$30.00 CAD per hour, based on experience<br></p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time<br></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM<br></p><p><strong>Work Location:</strong> In-person</p><h2><br></h2><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Job Summary</span></h2><p>Framerz Inc. is hiring a dependable and experienced Wood Wall Framer to support our prefab framing operations in Crossfield, AB. New team members will work alongside experienced staff to learn company processes, safety standards, and quality expectations.</p><h2><br></h2><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li>Build and assemble wood wall components accurately and efficiently</li><li>Package completed wall panels securely for transport</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li><li>Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards</li><li>Use framing and pneumatic tools safely and effectively</li><li>Communicate with team members to support workflow and productivity</li><li>Perform outdoor work during the initial training period, including work in cold weather conditions</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Qualifications</span></h2><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of framing experience required</li><li>Experience with wall framing or panelized construction preferred</li><li>Experience using circular saws, routers, nail guns, and pneumatic tools</li><li>Forklift certification or material-handling experience is an asset</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Reliable transportation or ability to commute to Crossfield, AB</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Benefits</span></h2><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Vision care</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Equal Opportunity Employer</span></h2><p>Framerz Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.</p>
