Framerz Prefab Solutions Ltd. designs and manufactures prefabricated wall panel systems for residential, town home, multi-family, and mid-rise wood-frame construction throughout Alberta. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results. Whether your background is in framing, carpentry, manufacturing, or another trade, we provide training and support to help you succeed. About the RoleAs a Prefab Assembly Technician, you'll build structural wood components that become part of our prefabricated wall panel systems. Working from production drawings and standardized workstations, you'll help produce accurate, high quality assemblies that support efficient manufacturing and successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in prefab construction while learning from an experienced production team. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assemble wood framing components using production drawings and specifications</li><li>Safely operate pneumatic nailers, saws, and other hand/power tools</li><li>Maintain quality standards while meeting production targets</li><li>Assist with material handling and workstation organization</li><li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production flow</li><li>Follow company safety procedures and quality standards at all times</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Experience using hand and power tools in construction, manufacturing, or related industries</li><li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li><li>Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team</li><li>Ability to safely lift and handle construction materials throughout the day</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Residential framing or carpentry experience</li><li>Experience in manufacturing or prefab environments</li><li>Forklift or material handling experience</li><li>Experience using pneumatic tools</li></ul>Training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
